Added a hidden option to the kernel commandline: eg.: tmp=hda1 means: DLC mounts the given partition to save ram tmp=usb/nousb work too ...

Kernel 2.6.12-cko3 ,"mklivecd" completely rewritten (read --help)
(autodetection works now), using "ivman" instead of "supermount"
workaround for "x-config.sh"

which contains fbsplsh AND supermount,
